Where do you ship from?
All your jeweles are shipped from the Gold Coast, Australia, with much love.. and maybe just a little bit of chaos! (Sole creator and mamma of 4 right here!)

Where do you ship to? 
All over the world! 
No matter where you are in the world, if these symbolic pieces are calling your name, our postage faries will anwser your call and deliver you parcel no matter where-about your riam.

How long will my parcel take to arrive? 
We always try to send off your items as speedily as possible and endeavour to get all titem out within 3 working days (though usually sooner).

Items within Australia usually take 2-5 days but there have been exteneded delays with shipping due to Covid. Overseas shipping cat take up to 21 buisness days depening on which country.

We ship with Australia Post. You can find all the tracking details for Australia Post on their webiste at www.aupost.com.au/track

 

 

 𖤓  RETURN POLICY 𖤓

 At Botanical Stone, we pride ourselves on delivering high quality, ethically sourced and handcrafted jewellery. We want you to be in love with your piece. Should you have a change of heart within 30 days of purchasing, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit.

 

Please note our policy does not include sale items or earrings (for obvious hygiene reasons).

 

All change of heart returns must be returned in original saleable condition & must not be worn or damaged. Refunds will be made via the original method of purchase, minus $10 shipping and handling fee, plus 7% for orders placed with Afterpay. You will be responsible for arranging to have the item (s) returned to us prior and for any costs incurred.

 

Faulty Item - We're very sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition, or one that you didn't order! Please contact us and we can resolve this for you as soon as possible. If an item was faulty or damaged, we will exchange or refund and will pay for return postage. This process starts once we have had visual confirmation, we can then arrange return shipping.

 

Returns must be shipped by trackable postal service, as we will be unable to offer refunds on items that cannot be confirmed to have reached us. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.

We will meet our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item if the stock is available or providing a refund in individual case by case manner.

 Please note, we have a 3 Month repair warranty period on all of our pieces, excluding fair wear and tear.
